Zhejiang Xuandong Valve Co., Ltd. (formerly Yodo Plug Valve Branch) is situated in Yongjia, Wenzhou – a famous Pump & Valve Hometown in China. Boasting a beautiful environment with mountain and water views plus being easily accessible, the company is a professional manufacturer of various plug valves and bellows valve series integrating R&D, manufacture, sales and services. Founded in January 2003, formerly the company had a building area of 500 square meters and 10 employees. Through development up to now, it has had a building area up to 5,000 square meters and boasts an efficient management team, a technical force with sophisticated technology and a professional quality control team. Over many years the company has been updating equipment and adopting professional automatic manufacture and testing equipment (CNC vertical lathes with automatic internal and external circular grinding, CNC machine tools, internal and external circular grinding machines, machining centers, etc.). Our company is provided with a CAD R&D center which uses 3D body simulation design to improve speed and quality of new product development. Also we boast NDT means, like ultrasound X, R-Ray and magnetic powder, high-temperature, high-pressure and low-temperature testing equipment, chemical analyzers for materials, spectrometers and so on, thus ensuring reliability and safety of our products.

Our company adopts a modern quality system for management and upholds a management concept of continual improvement and a quality policy of quality first and service for customers for our operation and management. Our quality assurance system has passed the certification of ISO9001 by DNV, CE, TS, API, etc. Through many years of dedicated operation, our company has been recognized as a qualified supplier by China Huadian and Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. In 2014 our company obtained six patents of utility model. That has made the company’s brand fly in full swing and step into the rank of top brands of China.

Our products have covered nearly 30 provinces/municipalities/autonomous regions of China, and also been exported to Europe, America, Germany, the Middle East, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and other countries and regions. We now have about 100 employees and boast advanced production technology, with an annual capacity of 40,000 small-bore pieces and 5,000 large-bore pieces.
